In other Knitting Knews: I have finished 6 Booga Bags. All that's left to do it put the grommets in. I still have to block Charlotte and the Leaf Lace Shawl. I made a pair for wristwarmers for a co-worker and started on a pair of socks for my Grandpa. I have finished the socks for my Grandma. I'm going to make a hat for a friend and that will be it for presents. I still need to start my December socks.

November Sockamania Socks started

Here is the start of my November socks for Sockamania. It's a ripple pattern. I really like ripple patterns. I'm using Koigu KPPPM #326. More pic's as progess continues.

My 1st Booga Bag!

In the Knews: Here is a picture of my 1st Booga Bag. It turned out beautifully! Done in Noro Kureyon #170. I used 2 full skeins and a little of the 3rd. This is the 1st thing that I have ever felted. I was a little scared. One trip through the wash on the hot/cold cycle is all it took. My DH helped me with the grommets. I may try to find something to put in the bottom, just to make it a little more stable. I started this on Thursday evening and finished it on Friday evening. It's a quick knit. This one is a Christmas gift for my SIL. I have 4 more planned for Christmas, including 1 for me.
In other Knitting Knews...I have started my Sockamania November socks....more later.

November socks & Sunday picture

Here are my November socks...I call them my "Autumnal Equinox Socks" Finished in time for Daylight Savings. The yarn is from Sock Pixie. It didn't have a name. It's just a regular k2,p2 rib sock.
Here is my picture from Mt. Aventine. Not too much change going on. We had a couple of hard frosts so maybe the next picture will show more color change.
Knitting Knews: I finished and felted a Booga Bag while I was at my Mom's this weekend. I'll be posting a picture soon. Must make more...these will be Xmas gifts.
